What happened
NRO slides released under FOIA describe a small object, under 10 m, with a rough similarity to the previously reported Tic Tac shape, that did not match the visual signature of typical aircraft. It appeared again in a second overwater image about 15 seconds later, so the NRO judged it likely not a sensor artifact. A vessel was detected about 25 km away and may be unrelated. At least 24 pages were withheld in full.
