What happened

Witnesses reported "a huge luminous triangle" crossing the sky. On November 8, NASA identified the re-entry of the Proton rocket stage that launched Gorizont 21 (1990-094C), on that track at that time. A Colmar home video showing triangle "sides" is considered a video artifact.
