The official description

This mission report accompanies still imagery derived from an infrared system aboard a U.S. military platform in 2022 (DOW-UAP-PR130 and DOW-UAP-PR 131). A U.S. military operator reported observing UAP “flying sporadically within the target area… at various speeds between 80 and 180 miles per hour.” The reporter estimates the size of the UAP as between 1 and 2 meters (approximately 3-6 feet), and states that they were unable to determine the altitude of the phenomena.
